First, of course, the computer must be capable of booting from a connected USB device. Check your BIOS settings for this.
Download this ISO image file.
Use the liveusb-creator tool to put the image on the USB Flash Drive.
Plug the USB Flash Drive into the target computer and turn it on. Set the computer BIOS to boot to the USB Flash Drive.
There will be an additional prompt during the install asking you to remove the USB Flash drive. Do that or it might install to the Flash drive which is probably not what you want.
